Jacob
In the summer of ‘07 I graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in fine art. My focus was fine art photography, which was mainly traditional black and white processes and printing. My minor was digital art and I also studied three-dimensional sculpture as often as I could.
I am new to professional commercial photography. Within just two and a half years I have encountered all sorts of interesting situations and collected lots of handy skills. I have had to out-run a motor coach. I am now considered a specialist in light switch flicking. I am also a mind reader, a studier of light, a clutter organizer, and a human GPS direction giver (known as, Jake Jake).
My passions lie in all things artistic and intellectually stimulating, including studies of the sensory experience. When I’m not capturing life through a lens, I like to challenge myself with rock climbing and mountain biking. And, just simply enjoy the sights and sounds of nature on a hike through the woods. This is the place where I am most at peace.
